Rates, Policies & Additional Information
Thank you for your interest in Island View Vactation Home. To confirm your rental we require a security deposit and rental agreement. The rental agreement will be emailed to you and your rental is confirmed when we receive your security deposit and rental agreement. Please read our policies below, but always refer to your rental agreement for specifics pertaining to your reservation request. Thank You!
Rates: The rates at the Island View are determined by the season. Mid-June to Labor Day requires a one-week minimum stay to reserve, but shorter stays can be arranged on an as available basis. Rate is based on number of people. The maximum number to be lodged is 8, including babies or children of any age.
Guest Policy: Your rental rate is based on the number of people on your rental agreement. An increase in the number of people is subject to additional charge. At no time will more than 8 people be lodged. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval. You may
have up to 4 day use guests. Any more than 4 day use guests may incur an additional charge.
WE DO NOT ALLOW LARGE PARTIES, WEDDING PARTIES, REUNIONS, ETC.
Housekeeping:
The Island View is rented as a housekeeping unit meaning the tenant provides all linens and towels. Linen service is available for an additional charge. NOTE: For guests who will be flying, we understand your restrictions, and will make every effort to assist you in whatever you need while at the Island View. We will gladly provide any sheets you many not have. Just ask!
Additional Information:
Smoking is NOT allowed inside.
No Pets are allowed. Pet boarding is available nearby.
Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Please let us know if you will be having more than 2 vehicles. We can arrange for offsite parking of additional vehicles.
No RV parking is allowed.
Boat docking must be arranged in advance The maximum size boat is 21 ft. Boat trailer parking will be arranged off premises. All use of boats or dock is at tenant's own risk.
