RENTAL
CONDITIONS |

Our
goal at Hague House is to provide you with a wonderful vacation
experience. In order to ensure that all of our guests have
a positive experience we ask that our guest abide by certain
conditions. The following is a summarized list of rental conditions.
A more thorough list is available on the vacation rental agreement
form that you will receive upon request.
- Supply your own bed linens and towels
- No pets allowed in house or on property
- No smoking allowed in house, on porches or docks
- Trash and garbage must be recycled per written instructions
OR all trash and garbage must be removed at end of your stay
- All long distance phone calls are to be charged against
tenant's telephone or credit card
- 6 People preferred; Additional Costs: $30/person per night
to maximum of 8
- No more than 4 vehicles
- No ATV vechiles permitted
- No wave-runners or jet-skis
- Do discharging of fireworks or firearms on property
- No open fires of any kind
- Can not arrive before 4:00pm of the first day of rental
period
- Must vacate by 10:00am the final day of rental period
- 50% of total rental fees due within one week of rental confirmation.
